I have purchased many road runners before. All were amazing. All lasted me about 3 years or more. This one I bought as a Christmas gift. The start arrived with a small crack in the end. I never reached out to the company because how am I able to prove the small crack when you can't see it in a picture. Well fast forward 3 months later and the tip cracked off. I reached out and was told there is no warranty on the product. Fine I don't mind that I would have been nice to have 30% off towards a new product. I was basically told I'm SOL and here's 15%. Will never shop with this company again.

Works great. Fantastic quality -- my partner has an off-brand design and the tip is wonky and the intake hole is tiny. The Road Runner is vastly superior! Not to mention that my package was DECIMATED by the postal service, and my glass still arrived in perfect condition due to careful packaging. Overall, completely freakin' satisfied.
